Fly to Rapid City Airport which is about 30 minutes from Elk Creek Resort. If you stay in a hotel --we have rooms blocked in the hotels that are on our website--some may provide airport runs. Otherwise you can rent a car which you can do at the airport to drive to Elk Creek Resort.
